FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our seasonal planter inserts are plastic containers filled with seasonal plants and flowers that are designed to be dropped into your existing planters. Our seasonal inserts give you the look of a custom designed planter at a more affordable price  and are conveniently delivered right to your door.

Upon delivery, we will remove any old plant material for composting and provide you with detailed care instructions for the season. All you need to do is water your RTB inserts and enjoy!

We design our planter inserts each season and offer different themes. Plants will vary based on what is in season, but will include a beautiful mix of plants and flower.

We offer a monthly maintenance add-on for our customers who have purchased either seasonal inserts or custom planters. Monthly maintenance includes soil amendments as needed, pruning and dead heading, and seasonal additions to the planters (e.g. flags for 4th of July or Memorial Day).

Unless specifically noted, all of the jardiniere, planters, and decor items in our shop are all one-of-a-kind vintage and antique products that you can't find at a big-box store. 

Condition reports for all antique and vintage products are listed in the items description. As with most antique items, many show wear and tear befitting the age of the product. If you have any questions on an item, please reach out to us at info@thegardenthyme.com

In addition to offering local delivery for all items in our shop, we will ship many of our vintage and unique jardiniere and home decor products. 

Large planters can also be shipped, but please contact us before purchasing at info@thegardenthyme.com for a shipping quote. 

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of plant material, we do not ship indoor or outdoor plants at this time. We would be happy to recommend plants and provide design recipes for your new planter.

We do! We offer both floral arrangements and potted plant and flowers for special events. We also have a selection of unique vases and decor items available for special events.
